Kirill Rubinski is an international investor and industrial strategist with more than three decades of experience across banking, private capital, and corporate leadership. While his professional foundations were shaped in France and the European financial system, he now conducts his global investment and advisory activities from Dubai.
Born into an academic family, he spent formative years in France, where he was educated within the French system and developed an early affinity for European intellectual and cultural traditions. He later completed formal studies in economics and management, including a Master of Science from ESCP Business School in Paris. He is fluent in French, English, and Russian.
Rubinski began his professional career in France, contributing to international media and infrastructure initiatives before joining a major French banking group. He specialized in structured and project finance, advising on large-scale asset-backed transactions in the energy and industrial sectors across multiple regions—building expertise in cross-border capital structuring and long-term institutional finance.
He later expanded through senior roles in global advisory and financial services organizations across Europe and the United States, focusing on advanced risk-transfer and balance-sheet optimization. He then became a senior partner in a private investment firm, helping acquire and transform industrial and consumer businesses into institutionally robust platforms and executing significant exits.
He served as chief executive of a diversified international holding group, overseeing industrial, media, and natural resource businesses with an emphasis on governance and strategic resilience. Since 2017, he has managed capital through a private family office with an international footprint, focusing on functional real estate, late-stage technology, and selected industrial and healthcare businesses.
